The government shall carry out a fully transparent exhaustive inquiry into what is in our food. All submissions to the inquiry and all evidence presented, all deliberations and all conclusions shall be fully available in real time to the public unedited in any way.
The goal of the inquiry is to
- identify all harmful additives and ingredients (including GMOs) and make these clearly known to the public.
- establish whether any harm or death has been caused by any of these ingredients and, in the case of proven injury, establish whether there was any criminal negligence, deception or intent by the responsible manufacturers, their researchers and advertisers. In the case of criminality the persons responsible shall be identified, made known, and evidence submitted to the police so that warrants can be issued for their arrest and prosecution.
- establish firm policies and procedures for the policing, detection and elimination of any like subversion of the food supply in the future. To that end, the inquiry shall set up an agency to carry out these duties and functions. This will also include the provision of a website so that the public can be kept informed as to all such matters in perpetuity.
Although the inquiry shall err in the direction of providing full factual information (whilst the right of any citizen to challenge or question that information shall remain inviolable – see the essay on freedom of communication) so that the citizens can make their own thoroughly informed choices as to what to eat, bans shall be ordered on any substances found to be too harmful).
The inquiry shall order any necessary measures to improve the quality, honesty and clarity of all food labelling and remove any and all deception or obfuscation therefrom.
The government shall introduce laws to uphold and guarantee in perpetuity the right of any citizen to produce, provide, consume or sell any foodstuff he or she wishes with the only proviso that the conditions mentioned above are observed. This ncludes the inviolable right to leep, use, sell or exchange any and all seeds excluding GMO seeds, which are to be phased out.
The government shall introduce laws to police and prevent the production, sale and use of harmful pesticides such as glyphosate and any and all chemicals that contaminate the food supply or the environment. It is understood that chemicals already in use cannot necessarily be discontinued overnight without ruining many farmers, Therefore, a gradient discontinuation shall be worked out and farmers helped via grants, interest-free and low-interest loans from the National Bank to make the transition to more healthy food production. The goal here is to help farmers flourish and prosper through ethical production, not crush or ruin them.
Therefore, the government shall help farmers to stay in business, pay off existing debts and so forth through cheap loans and free grants to all those making an honest effort to produce good products.
This help shall include a ban on the purchase of land by big corporations and a ban on the foreign ownership of British land.
Where harm results from farming practices on the land already owned by big corporations, the directors and major shareholders thereof shall be prosecuted on charges of causing bodily harm, poisoning etc and even murder where death results.
Where farming practices have been proven to cause harm to persons, the environment or the food chain and which persist after reasonable warnings, the land shall be confiscated and sold to ethical farmers at workable prices. Said actions to be subject to court proceedings and court orders.
Our government shall do all in its power (see above) to help and encourage the consumption of locally produced items of all kinds (foodstuffs, manufactured good etc). Such a policy will also be beneficial to the environment as an item that has to be packaged stored and shipped half across the planet in planes boats and trucks leaves a much bigger carbon footprint that an item grown or produced locally and shipped minimal distances.
Furthermore, exact criteria shall be established as to what constitutes “organic” food. Any and all foods and ingredients that meet these criteria and are classed as organic shall be subject to a lower rate of the purchase taxa or zero purchase tax if feasible (see the essay on tax and debt) thus rewarding the producers and consumers of healthy organic food by making it more competitive.
It should also be noted that these measures to encourage and reward healthy food, plus allied measures to remove chemical and other poisons and contaminants from the environment and medicines will result in a reduction of chronic illnesses (obesity, cancers, diabetes, immune deficiencies etc etc) and thereby reduce the financial and other burdens on the health service.
And finally, in an effort to introduce an upward evolution through education, the government shall consult with top nutritionists to establish a basic health and nutrition curriculum for schools (and for any interested public in general) so that children and adults can learn about nutrition and be thereafter armed with greater understanding. What they do with that understanding will forever remain their choice.
By way of an example, a public properly informed as to how to strengthen their immune systems – such as through vitamin D, Zinc, cutting out drugs, junk food, sugar, dealing with sources of emotional stress and so forth – will be less susceptible to infectious diseases.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
