It is unacceptable for any government to treat its honest citizens like criminals or their routine or productive activities as is if they are criminal behavior.
Therefore, our government will immediately cease and desist from all surveillance of its citizenry. This includes the use of facial recognition software and any and all monitoring of social, economic and other activities.
Henceforth, any effort by any person to introduce, instigate or conduct surveillance of any other person shall be illegal and subject to penalties and fines.
These new rules of conduct include the immediate cessation of indiscriminate dossier-keeping and most certainly includes any interference in any person’s bank accounts.
The only exception to the above is the police who in the process of bringing a criminal to justice need to undertake surveillance. In such an instance they must first receive permission from a judge or magistrate to engage in specific surveillance actions of specific persons. The judge or magistrate must be satisfied that the circumstances and the nature of the specific crime being investigated justify granting the surveillance request. Such permission given must be for a specific finite time period, after which the surveillance must cease unless an extension is granted after submission of a formal request by the police. All other surveillance by any other entity than the police investigating a recognised crime shall be forbidden.
Henceforth it shall be recognised that the vast majority of people are honest and worthy of trust and shall be treated as such by their government.
Furthermore, our government shall recognise, uphold and enshrine in law the rational principles ably summarised in the United Declaration on Human Rights (discussed here and here).
It shall also honour, exemplify and uphold in full International Law as the existence of just laws and equitable justice guarantees the liberty, safety and survival of all citizens and communities of our planet. It shall henceforth be a punishable offence for any official or representative of our government to propose, advocate or aid and abet the violation of international law.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
