What Propaganda JOE’s latest reveal of anti-Musk activists tells us
HOPE not hate are involved

CHARLOTTE GILL
Today you may have spotted Propaganda JOE announcing a new protest by the group “Everyone Hates Elon”:

It truly is amazing how Politics JOE/ Novara Media are always on the scene to catch these stories before anyone else (see below for more context):

How do they do it?! We mere mortal journalists can only marvel at their skills…
On the last occasion Propaganda JOE covered anti-Musk activists, one of its journalists – Ava-Santina – kindly told me that “People vs Elon” and “Everyone Hates Elon” are “the same group of activists”.

Long story short, this info helps clarify the groups behind “Everyone Hates Elon” – because they’ve listed themselves on Instagram and the website “PeopleVsElon”. These are:
- Hope Not Hate
- Everyday Racism
- People vs Profiteers
- Rainbow Migration
- Women 4 Refugee Women

You can see more here in an Instagram post by Hope Not Hate:
Are some of these groups taxpayer funded, you may wonder?
Well, Women 4 Refugee Women has had £3,980 in government grants – so technically yes! Maybe not the largest amount, but it’s the principle that counts.
Moreover, Hope Not Hate’s charitable wing received £140k from taxpayers between 2019-20, and it uses such funds for its private wing (the one that goes around lobbying), so again – technically yes.
Otherwise:
- Everyday Racism was incorporated as Community Interest Company (CIC) in June 2024 and hasn’t filed a return yet.
- People vs Profiteers was registered as a company in July 2024 and hasn’t filed a return yet. I doubt either of these are taxpayer funded.
And lastly there’s Rainbow Migration, which once received £500 from the DCMS, but largely isn’t taxpayer funded. Even so, it has received funding from organisations that have received taxpayer funding – such as The Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Barrow Cadbury Trust.

Below you can see the colossal amounts its received from different trusts, as well as it having had hundreds of thousands from The National Lottery Community Fund:

Another reason not to buy a National Lottery ticket.

.Why is The National Lottery funding Jeremy Corbyn and other far left activists’ operations?
In summary, organisations that have had taxpayer funding are behind some of the anti-Musk operations.
But most of their capital comes from private sources (see Rainbow Migration’s accounts below), raising questions about their funders’ goals. Clearly the NGO sector is being weaponised for political and even business aims (ie. hurting Tesla shares) by people with deep pockets.
To add, there are even more involved in the anti-Musk campaigns, including Led by Donkeys and German activists. It really is a tangled web and there’s no easy way for me to explain whodunnit (that may even be the point – that it’s near-impossible to keep track of who’s up to mischief).

Worst of all, Propaganda JOE’s post suggested we’re in in for EVEN more from these well-funded activists:

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
