Here is the latest wisdom from the Noshi dojo.

Very often an attacker such as a government or pharmaceutical crime syndicate will try to hit you with a low blow known as “the pandemic” followed by a flurry of jabs in order to subdue you and take liberties.

But there is an ancient easy-to-learn and easy-to-execute defence technique that you should know about as it provides a way of neatly side-stepping such an attack and blocking your opponent’s carefully aimed jabs.

It is known as the Vitmandee Kata – in common parlance you’ll hear it referred to as “getting lots of vitamin D”.

This is very ancient knowledge. It was known for centuries by sensible people the world over and then almost lost when the planet descended into barbarism. Barbarian hordes from the West have long sought to suppress all wisdom so as to make the population of the planet permanently slightly unwell so that they can be easily plundered, taken into slavery, forced to pay tributes to Bill Gates, Glaxo Smithkline and other rapacious warlords etc.

However, repositories of what is often known as The Dazzling Wisdom of the Blindingly Obvious have kept the ancient knowledge safe and, known as the Noshi Do (The Way of Food), it is now making a comeback in the hands of Warrior Nutritionists and other masters of alimentary self defence.
