I’m suing the pants off Keir Starmer for blocking my entry to the UK – here’s how you can help
EZRA LEVANT
THIS is a crazy story. I’m suing Sir Keir Starmer, the British Prime Minister!
A few days ago, he illegally put me on a blacklist. He’s banned me from entering the UK, and he’s done it just days before the massive rally in London today, organised by Tommy Robinson, the civil rights activist. I’m a journalist and the UK Government wants to stop me from doing news reports about this rally.
Click here to see a 15-minute video I made about the letter I received, and what I’m going to do about it. I’ve got some good ideas you might like but I need your help to fight back.
The story started last week when the Labour Party was crushed in local elections, losing around 1,500 council seats. Immediately, the party started to revolt against Starmer – so he tried to switch the topic and place the blame. He went on national TV and attacked Tommy Robinson and anyone associated with him. And he’s continued his attack on social media.
I’ll always champion peaceful protest. But the Unite the Kingdom march organisers are peddling hatred and division.
We’ve already blocked visas for far-right agitators who want to come here to spew their extremist views.
They don’t speak for the decent, fair, respectful Britain… pic.twitter.com/hdu8kgxHFp

It’s not just me. Over the past week, Starmer and his Government have banned more than a dozen people, including elected Members of the European Parliament, without any legal process. They’ve also banned my colleague from Australia, Avi Yemini. The only test is: are you a friend of Tommy Robinson? Starmer’s Orwellian crackdown has already caused an international diplomatic incident. Flemish Parliament president Freya Van den Bossche (Vooruit) has even summoned the British envoy to Belgium for talks after MP Filip Dewinter (Vlaams Belang) was denied entry to the United Kingdom, calling it ‘shocking’.
‘Freedom of expression is an extremely precious value. It is included in the Constitution for a reason. If it turns out this is simply about difficulty accepting a different opinion, that would be shocking,’ she said. ‘I will express my deep concern on this matter.’
It is shocking.
Yes, I’ve been attacked by Starmer, but I’m not actually the real target. The British people are the target. By attacking me, he’s sending a message to ordinary folk that they’d better not go to Tommy’s rally, or say anything Starmer doesn’t like, or he’ll set the Government on them, too. Significantly, the Metropolitan Police will deploy facial recognition at the Robinson rally but not at neighbouring pro-Palestine protest.
This is so wrong : Met Police to deploy facial recognition at Tommy Robinson rally – but not at neighbouring pro-Palestine protest
Who instructed this clearly discriminatory policing?
The Home Office?https://t.co/I34TzKqN1r— Kathy Gyngell (@KathyConWom) May 14, 2026
Let me tell you what I’m doing about it. I’m not just rolling over. I’ve got three ideas, and you can help me with them. The last one is the most fun.
But first, let me just show you the email I got from the Home Office – not signed by anybody – saying my travel document, called Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA), has been cancelled.

Look at that wording: ‘Not considered to be conducive to the public good’.
What does that mean? I’ve travelled to the UK dozens of times as a journalist to cover important court cases, interview newsmakers, and even to lead group tours of the UK. Obviously, I’ve never done anything against the law. I’ve never even had a parking ticket. That’s why they used the vaguest excuse possible.
Let me tell you what I did immediately after I received the email. And I don’t think the other banned people have done this. Remember, Starmer said he was taking away my ETA – that’s the quick electronic version of a visa that anyone coming from Canada would typically use. But right underneath that part, the UK Home Office said I could apply for a visa the regular way.
Normally it takes a month or more for a visa application to be reviewed, which is obviously why they waited until the last minute to ban me.
But if you pay £100 — about $185 Canadian — they’ll get back to you in five days. Again, too late for the rally. They waited till the last moment on purpose.
But they have something they call ‘super priority service’. It’s £1,000. That’s insane.
But I’ve already bought a plane ticket to London and a hotel room. So right after I read the blacklist email, I filled out the visa application form – every personal detail, my bank account balance, details about my family, a list of every country I’ve been to in the past ten years, etc. I answered probably 100 questions. I submitted that all on May 8, and I paid the insane fee that same day. The next business day I had my fingerprints taken and other biometrics sent to the UK.
And . . . nothing.
Crickets.
Monday came and went. Tuesday. Wednesday. Thursday. It’s now six days. They took my money and promised a result within 24 hours. There wasn’t a thing wrong with my visa application: it was perfect.
It’s pretty obvious: Keir Starmer instructed them to stop me, because of my politics: they just don’t want to put that down on paper.
Well, that’s illegal. And that means I can appeal to the courts. And I will. So here’s what I’m doing.
Step 1.
I’m retaining a lawyer in the UK to sue the British Home Office and Keir Starmer himself, who obviously interfered directly. Make Starmer come to court and explain himself. Let’s make him reveal his internal comments about Tommy Robinson, Tommy’s supporters, about me, and everyone else who was blacklisted. I’m sure what Starmer has said in his internal memos is not just disgraceful, but illegal.
Do you like this idea? If so, I sure could use your help to pay for the British lawyer. You can help by going to LetUsReport.com – we have to raise thousands of pounds to fight.
But a lawsuit takes months, even years. So what can we do, right now? Well, there’s no way we’re going to be stopped from reporting on Tommy’s big rally.
Step 2.
So step 2 of the plan is to send over other Rebel reporters. They’ve banned me, they’ve banned Avi Yemini – but we sent over our beautiful reporter, Alexa Lavoie. She’s great, and she just landed in the UK and wasn’t stopped at customs, and now she’s going to report to the world what happens at the rally. If you like that idea, please help me pay for her economy-class plane ticket, at LetUsReport.com.
Step 3.
This is the fun one. I’d like you to send an email. Not to Keir Starmer – he’ll just put you on an enemies list. Send it to the American Under Secretary of State, Sarah B Rogers. She’s the top diplomat in the US focused on free speech in Europe.
Starmer won’t listen to his own citizens, but he just might listen to President Trump. Let’s tell Ms Rogers that the British Government isn’t just violating the rights of British people – it’s now banning American citizens from entering the UK, based on political discrimination (several of the people banned this week were Americans).
So that’s my three-part plan:
- Sue Keir Starmer over my visa denial. And get his internal communications, where he blacklists conservatives.
- Send Alexa Lavoie to report for Rebel News.
- Write an email to the US diplomat in charge of international free speech. Tell her that US citizens (like Tommy’s friend Don Keith) have been blacklisted.
You can do all of these things right at our website, LetUsReport.com. You can help me crowdfund for Alexa’s trip, and for my lawsuit against Starmer. And you can send an email to Sarah B Rogers right from that same website, too. We’ve made it really easy, just one click, to send it.
It broke my heart to be banned from the UK. I love that place, partly because of its history of freedom. But I’m not the real victim – millions of British people who are living under Keir Starmer and his assault on basic freedoms, they’re the victims here.
But I’m in a position to fight back. Please go to LetUsReport.com to help me out – if you can chip in to help me sue Starmer, I’d be grateful! Wish me luck!

Oikophobia in Power
England’s real disgrace.
JUPPLANDIA

Tommy Robinson, perennial thorn in the side of our oikophobic Establishment, has organised another Unite the Kingdom march. This march will express the following extremist viewpoints:
- England exists.
- English people exist.
- We have rights.
- We should have free speech.
- We object to our children being gang raped.
- We know that our government is shit.
- We know that mass immigration isn’t beneficial to us.
- Lots of us aren’t fans of Muslim conquest. Because, you know, we don’t like terrorism and child rape.
These are now ‘hate’.
The child rape isn’t hate (the British police, judiciary and Labour Party have never acknowledged that the mass rape of white children by Pakistani men was racially as well as culturally motivated).
The Establishment reaction (ignoring it for 30 years, covering it up, pandering to the rapist community, actively helping the rapists in multiple cases) isn’t ‘hate’.
Noticing it and wanting it to stop is ‘hate’.
Waving the flag of your own country is ‘hate’.
Objecting to your government being composed of oikophobic lunatics destroying you is ‘hate’.
Wanting to exist, if you are white, in peace and security in your own country is ‘hate’.
The law of course predates Keir Starmer. The law is supposed to exist to protect English and British citizens. It is supposed to target and arrest child rapists, rather than targeting and arresting people who object to child rape. It is supposed to be built on objective, sane standards that discourage things like brutally gang raping children, rather than designed on subjective, modern standards that are insane and based on the idea that it is racist to object to child rape.
The march of course is about more than the grooming gangs. Perhaps it’s unfair to concentrate on that. After all the current Prime Minister telling us how evil the march is was only the Director of Public Prosecutions who refused to prosecute the child rapists, only the Prime Minister who re-employed Epstein friend Peter Mandelson, and only the Prime Minister who has just re-employed Harriet Harman, the woman who worked closely with the Pedophile Information Exchange when they were a pedophile advocacy group pressing for the legalisation of child rape.
Oh and the current Prime Minister is also the only British Prime Minister in history to have had his private property (house and former car) firebombed by Ukrainian rent boys, which I’m sure has no bearing on any of the Prime Minister’s curious actions and inactions regarding child rape.
All these things are obviously nothing to do with the oikophobic love of and defence of Third World child rapists. It’s just coincidental. Maybe an unintended bonus to the general aim of utterly destroying your own people.
Kier Starmer of course is also a champion of free speech and decent values. The decent values that just accidentally keep helping child rapists. You know the values. Compassion (that doesn’t notice child rape). Kindness (that doesn’t care about kids being raped). Equality (that imposes two tier policing that helps child rapists). All that happy caring shit.
Since Britain, as Kier assured President Trump, has a very firm commitment to free speech and definitely, definitely has free speech, it must make perfect sense that 12,000 people a year are arrested for speech and thought crimes, and it must make perfect sense that foreign speakers with no links to crime who oppose child rape are banned from entering the UK.
Anyone can see that Britain has very sane and fair rules on who Kier decides is allowed in the country:

No two tier standards there, obviously. Anyone reasonable and non extremist would understand that an Islamic terrorist who beheads people is a moderate reformist leader we should welcome, whereas all those attractive young women who object to child rape are dangerous extremists.
Look at them provoking hate with those short skirts and good looks. Disgraceful. Wouldn ‘t it be much more appropriate to wear burkas in Britain?
One has to feel enormous pity for the suffering Islamic and migrant communities faced with the terror of people waving British flags at them and peacefully asking them not to rape children. It’s hard to imagine how frightening that is. Brave and noble Kier is shielding these people from the Far Right. If they want to attack Jews or sexually assault women and children, it is quite clearly racist to complain about that and deny them their long established cultural practices.
“We will not allow people to come to the UK, threaten our communities and spread hate in our streets”.
The irony of that statement.
What are you, an Islamophobe?
Stop spreading hate, bigot. Just let people practice child rape in peace, will you, because after all, that’s what decent people like Kier do.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
