Intro by Steve Cook
I’m featuring this from The Workers Party of Britain because it contains some good ideas and more specifics about what they will ACTUALLY DO than any other party participating in the UK Election.
It is far from perfect and in my view has a looong way to go but represents a slight improvement on the morass of yakety-yak, drivel, waffle, vague generalities, lies and spin served up in an effort to trap and con the People out of their vote and I’m featuring it for your consideration so as to get a discussion going about HOW exactly we are going to address the issues that really worry people -and indeed identify what those issues actually are.
Truth of the matter is that politics and politicians are never going to solve our problems for us. They create problems (tax, debt, war, corruption, injustice etc etc) for us and indeed most of the problems that vex us derive from the venality or stupidity of governments and those covertly operating the government machine for their own benefit. What we need is to get governments out of the road so that they will stop mucking us about and free up honest, productive people so that they can get busy solving their own problems in a safe, orderly environment, uninhibited and unimpeded by crooks, charlatans, psychopaths and idiots.

Net Zero Referendum: Let’s have a real debate on environmental policies that affect us all, without imposing unnecessary costs on working families.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
