ER Editor: If there’s one piece of human excrement likely gone under EO13818, along with pal George Bush Jr., it’s Blair. Note how he’s been making the news, and concerning what subject, just as ‘Starmer’ evokes outrage over the government’s new digital ID plan.
For how much the hated Blair is Back, note this ridiculous title in relation to Gaza from 3 days ago —

From the Mail’s report, linked to below, in relation to those proposed UK ID cards —
The Government was tonight embroiled in a cronyism row as it emerged Tony Blair secretly lobbied for his billionaire backer who could make millions of pounds from Labour’s controversial digital ID cards.
Documents seen by The Mail on Sunday reveal the former prime minister urged Business Secretary Peter Kyle to consult a technology institute founded by his friend Larry Ellison in a private meeting last year.
Mr Ellison, the world’s second richest man (ER: LOL, unlikely by several trillion), has donated or pledged a staggering £257million for the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.
He founded the Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT), a research centre in Oxford, and is chairman of tech giant Oracle, which has a £700million IT deal with four Whitehall departments.
Experts say Oracle is now in pole position to profit from plans to force millions of adults to sign up for a digital ID card.

Another fun fact about Larry Ellison: he’s been pushing for a US national ID card with biometric data since 9/11.

Nah, this ain’t plastic surgery —
Larry Ellison (who looks pretty young for 81, possibly because of plastic surgery such as a facelift and hair transplant) is married to a Chinese woman 47 years younger than him.

Former UK Prime Minister Embroiled in Scandal
Tony Blair had secretly lobbied on behalf of a tech giant that stands to make millions from Labour’s controversial digital ID card scheme.
TEC NEWS
Documents obtained by The Mail on Sunday reveal that Blair asked Business Secretary Peter Kyle at a private meeting last year to consult with the technology institute founded by Oracle chairman Larry Ellison.
Oracle is considered a frontrunner to provide the controversial national ID cards. The Ellison Institute of Technology founder, the world’s second-richest man, has donated or pledged £257 million to Blair’s Institute for Global Change.
The revelations have sparked sharp criticism over transparency and the role of political influence. Oracle denies any wrongdoing, insisting the contract is being awarded solely on the basis of its professional merits and technical expertise.
The controversy erupted days after Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced that everyone seeking employment in the UK will need a digital ID card. Officials argue the scheme will strengthen the economy and national security, but opponents warn it could open the door to cronyism.
Oracle already holds major contracts with several government ministries and the National Health Service. Winning the ID card tender would further expand its influence. Critics argue that awarding such a lucrative deal to a company closely linked to a former prime minister risks eroding public trust, despite promises by Keir Starmer and the Labour Party to break with the past. Several MPs have called for a parliamentary inquiry into Blair’s role and the procurement process.

Is the Tech Giant Who Gave Blair £257 Million in Line for Huge ID Card Contract?
A cronyism row has englufed the Government after it emerged that Tony Blair secretly lobbied for his tech billionaire backer, who could rake in millions from Labour’s digital ID cards. The Mail has the story.
Documents seen by the Mail on Sunday reveal the former Prime Minister urged Business Secretary Peter Kyle to consult a technology institute founded by his friend Larry Ellison in a private meeting last year.
Mr Ellison, the world’s second richest man, has donated or pledged a staggering £257 million for the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.
He founded the Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT), a research centre in Oxford, and is chairman of tech giant Oracle, which has a £700 million IT deal with four Whitehall departments.
Experts say Oracle is now in pole position to profit from plans to force millions of adults to sign up for a digital ID card.
And an exclusive MoS analysis can reveal that after Sir Tony’s meeting with Mr Kyle, Mr Ellison’s organisations have enjoyed astonishing access to the very top of Government.
Indeed, staff from Oracle and EIT have met with ministers and senior officials no fewer than 29 times in nine months.
Mr Kyle, Health Secretary Wes Streeting and Chancellor Rachel Reeves have met bosses from Oracle.
Meanwhile science minister Lord Vallance has met EIT representatives seven times – one was to discuss “EIT plans for expansion and alignment with Government’s priorities”, official records show.
Sir Tony has had a decades-long ‘bromance’ with Mr Ellison, who is worth £290 billion, and last year enjoyed a lavish Mediterranean holiday on his superyacht. …
It is understood the ID cards will rely on a huge ‘Right to Work’ database that is estimated to cost between £150 million to £400 million.
Oracle already has a series of major NHS technology contracts and provides so-called cloud competing services for the Home Office, Department of Work and Pensions, Ministry of Justice and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in a deal worth up to £1 billion.
The firm landed a further tech contract with the Home Office worth £53 million last week, Government documents reveal.
Technology writer Andrew Orlowski said: “The Government’s digital identity system creates lucrative new opportunities for Oracle, a database company. …
“Tony Blair is really just a salesman for the tech companies, and flies around the world looking for naive Governments who want to believe in magical solutions.”

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
