Beware of Nigel Farage, Reform UK Ltd Is a Template for the Alt-Right’s Stealth Implementation of a Sovereign Corporation

Reminder Reform UK Ltd is a private company. Nigel Farage is on track to install Govt as a Sovereign Corporation with himself as CEO at the helm, accountable to his shareholders rather than voters.

This is directly in line with 2 strains of extreme right-wing libertarianism sweeping the US called The Network State, and The Dark Enlightenment. Its advocates are Curtis Yarvin, JD Vance, Trump, Musk, Peter Thiel, Marc Andreessen, and Balaji Srinivasan The Network State envisions a future where technology executives and investors create sovereign, tech-driven communities that operate outside traditional democratic governance.

These “network states” are digital-first societies that start as online communities, aggregate resources, and eventually acquire physical territory to establish autonomous, corporate-like entities.

What the MSM and the public are failing to connect with all of this is that Labour, the Tories, and Reform UK all back ‘exit’ as an experimental strategy to dismantle big government by carving up the UK into 12 Freeports and 74 Special Economic Zones. This gives ‘localised freedoms’ to companies who can proceed with what they often refer to as ‘the problem of social governance and democracy’ by breaking it down into smaller, more manageable pieces.

This is what deregulated zoning is all about, which is absolutely an illegal attack on citizens’ sovereignty.

Peter Thiel’s spytech company Palantir has 24 contracts in UK public institutions. (see chart below). These contracts can only be interpreted as an unprecedented corporate overreach into the UK’s public infrastructure. 23 of them were set up by the Tories, 1 by Labour which is the most recent Palantir contract, 1 (Coventry City Council, £500K, 9 April 2025). The £719 million is State aid, which is public money. Given that Tories and Labour are throwing public money at Palantir is a scandal in itself, but understand that post-Brexit, the whole reason for Brexit centred around abandoning the EU’s rules on State aid, which prohibt Govt’s of member states from giving public money to companies as a profit motive. I have no doubt that the NHS, the Police Force, the MoD, the Cabinet Office, and scores of Councils, and the UK’s green spaces are being transformed into corporate sovereign bodies that will become private assets under a Sovereign Corporation with Nigel Farage as the CEO.

Take the example of what happened in Honduras when Prospera built a private city in Honduras under the same name. The Honduran Supreme Court shut down Prospera for violating citizens’ sovereignty. But, part of the contract between the former govt and Prospera has an Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) clause written into it, which allows Prospera to sue the Honduran Govt for $11 billion, which is two-thirds of Honduras’ GDP.

ISDS was set up by The World Bank in 1966.

Understand that all 86 free zones in the UK have ISDS equivalent mechanisms in their licenses called the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), founded in 1892. Like ISDS, LCIA is a secretive corporate justice court that can bypass the domestic courts of countries, it was set up purely to allow corporations to remain above the law of the land, it is the deregulatory judicial arm tailored for corporate overreach.

In February 2025 Keir Starmer announced the set-up of AI Growth Zones (AIGZs), bidding is currently underway. AIGZs are the digital equivalent of Freeports and SEZs, all are embedded with secondary legislation meaning no Parliamentary or public scrutiny, and massive deregulatory powers being handed to the likes of Blackstone Blackrock, Deloitte (Deloitte are the in-house auditors for Blackrock)

CPOs are Economic Violence

Also in line with the UK nationwide rollout of 86 deregulated free zones are Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs).

In October 2024 Labour published a 192-page document on CPOs. CPOs apply to business, agricultural, and residential properties, your home can be seized by the UK Govt as part of their ‘Levelling Up’ policy. You can read it here.
