Monday 18th November – Leave Them Kids Alone

THE TIMES: The Scottish government’s gender-heavy sex education programme has caused huge numbers of children to identify as transgender, it is claimed.
In 2014 the Scottish government introduced its controversial relationships, sexual health and parenthood (RSHP) education programme. Critics are now claiming that there is a direct link between these materials – which include and teach the rhetoric of gender ideology – and the huge rise in Scottish children identifying as trans.
The Scottish government’s report, ‘Cass Review — Implications for Scotland’ was published in July. It records the steep rise in referrals to the Sandyford, Scotland’s child gender clinic, over the last ten years. As of February 2024, there were around 1,100 children under the age of 18 on the waiting list for treatment at the gender clinic.
Dr Jenny Cunningham of the campaign group, Scottish Union for Education, told The Times, “There is no attempt to interrogate why this increase in the rate and quantity of referrals occurred. Where did all these children and young people come from? They came out of Scottish schools. This coincided with the Scottish government’s implementation of its RSHP curriculum for pupils of all ages.” She added, “RSHP introduced the ideas of gender identities and sexuality early on”.
In August 2021 the Scottish government issued its Supporting Transgender Pupils in Schools: Guidance for Scottish Schools which, says Dr Cunningham, is a document full of gender ideology. This guidance was drawn up with the assistance of scandal-laden trans lobby group, LGBT Youth Scotland, about which we have written frequently in the past. It preaches gender identity ideology as fact, runs a widely-adopted charter scheme in Scottish schools and seems to have carte blanche to peddle its nonsense in schools, colleges and even nurseries, all over Scotland.
Earlier this year, The Telegraph reported on the disturbing extent to which Scottish schools have been captured by gender identity ideology. Campaign group, For Women Scotland, carried out a detailed investigation into Scottish schools, issuing hundreds of FOI (freedom of information) requests. Their findings were quite shocking and demonstrated the extent to which anti-scientific and harmful trans ideology has become ‘deeply embedded’ in Scottish classrooms.
Nine in ten Scottish secondary schools teach pupils that humans have a ‘gender identity’ which can differ from their biological sex. Around 95% of Scottish secondary schools tell children they can ‘self identify’ their own gender and about the same number operate gender self-ID policies, allowing children to choose their ‘gender identity’. As a result, biological males are permitted to use girls’ changing rooms and toilets and to participate in female PE classes and on female sports teams. Furthermore, the report found that only 4% of schools will always tell parents when a child describes feelings of discomfort with their ‘gender’.

This week Tessa White, the Scottish Conservative shadow equalities minister, has spoken out about the teaching of gender ideology in schools. “It is crucial that children are able to attend school without being exposed to potentially damaging ideology. This can be deeply confusing for young people. We must allow children to just be children. The SNP government must ensure that various organisations, including LGBT Youth Scotland, are not left to promote their own brand of ideology on our children.”
Tuesday 19th November – This Never Happens #1
REDUXX: A trans-identified male with a history of violence against women is accused of raping and impregnating an inmate at a female prison.
In October 2016 Gabriel Fernández, of Córdoba, Argentina, was arrested on charges of domestic abuse. He was convicted and sentenced to three years imprisonment. In 2018 he began identifying as transgender and calling himself Gabriela Nahir Fernández. He was subsequently transferred to the female wing of Bouwer Prison.
Despite allegations of assaulting and intimidating a female inmate, Fernández was granted parole and released from prison in April 2019. Over the next few years he was accused several times, though not convicted, of abusing his female partners.
In November 2023, Fernández was arrested on yet another charge of domestic violence against a female partner, accused of unlawful deprivation of liberty, making threats, and inflicting minor injuries. He was, again, accommodated in the women’s facility at Bouwer Prison. There, it is alleged, he raped and impregnated the woman forced to share a cell with him.
Fernández’s lawyer, Alfonsina Muñiz, told Cadena 3 that the rape and resultant pregnancy was not ‘a question of gender’ and tried to claim that ‘the same thing happens in a men’s prison’. He also argued that this did not fulfil the criteria of the specific crime of ‘gender violence’ – ie committed by a man against a woman – since Fernández identifies as female.
Following a ruling by the Córdoba Chamber of Accusation, Fernández has since been moved into isolation, away from female inmates. The judges described the situation as a ‘paradox’ of Argentina’s self-ID laws.
Wednesday 20th November – “We Just Want to Pee”
THE DAILY MAIL: A trans rights activist encouraged violence against women on his Instagram account, threatening to murder JK Rowling and Rep Nancy Mace.
On Monday 18th November, South Carolina Congresswoman, Nancy Mace, took action to protect women’s spaces on Capitol Hill and proposed a measure that would ensure toilet facilities are allocated according to biological sex.
In response (and rather proving Nancy Mace’s point) a trans-identified male posted a disturbing rant advocating extreme violence against women on his (now deleted) Instagram account. The user, whose social media handle was venuspeenis, made detailed and graphic threats of violence against both Mace and JK Rowling and urged fellow trans people to commit murder. “I condone murder”, he said. “I think we need to hold our politicians accountable by murdering them. And I think we need to hold J.K. Rowling accountable by murdering her too.”
Directly addressing Nancy Mace, he said. “I hope that one day I do find you in that woman’s bathroom and I grab you by your ratty looking f***ing hair and drag you face down to the floor while I repeatedly bash it in until the blood’s everywhere and you’re dead.” He added an illustration of a knife with the text ‘Prepare to die, @repnancymace’.
He then made further violent threats against JK Rowling, stating, “We should be focusing our efforts and our resources not on assassinating Trump but on assassinating JK Rowling. That f***ing wench needs to die, she needs to burn on the stake and die”. He added “I think we should just all come together and murder everyone”.
A few days later, journalist Andy Ngo revealed the identity of the trans-identified male issuing these violent threats. He is 24-year-old Venus Andromeda Boyle, formerly known as Joshua Ryan Matthew Boyle. Originally from Lakeside in California, he is now a Portland Sate political science student and was awarded a scholarship by the Pride Foundation due to his transgender activism. A crowd-fund page set up by Boyle in September states that he is taking cross-sex hormones and wants to raise money for his ‘sex reassignment’ surgery. According to Andy Ngo, Boyle has been an active member of Portland’s Antifa organisation for several years.
Under US federal law, threatening elected officials can be a felony offence. It is understood that the death threats made against Nancy Mace are currently being investigated.
Thursday 21st November – Leave The Kids Alone
THE TIMES: The Chair of the BBC’s Children in Need charity has resigned over grants awarded to trans lobby group, LGBT Youth Scotland.
We have written much and frequently about LGBT Youth Scotland (LGBTYS), the trans lobby group also discussed in our first item above.
During the 2000s, LGBTYS (then called Lesbian & Gay Youth Scotland) was led by Scotland’s most notorious paedophile, James Rennie, whose horrific crimes involved the rape of a three month old baby. At the time of his arrest, Rennie was the chief executive of LGBTYS. During his trial in 2009 it was revealed that Rennie had made contacts using the computers at the LGBTYS offices where he had worked for 8 years.
LGBTYS was in the news again in December 2022 after two young men came forward to allege that they were groomed and sexually exploited by its staff when they were children. The charity subsequently referred itself to the authorities. Then a former LGBTYS volunteer turned whistle-blower revealed shocking allegations about the lack of child safeguarding measures at the charity while he was working there.
Earlier this year, a man called Andrew Easton was convicted of offences relating to child sexual abuse. He was apprehended speaking online to someone he believed to be a vulnerable 13-year-old whom he called ‘baby boy’ and had intended to groom. Easton also admitted sharing thousands of disturbing images of children being abused, some pictures including new-born babies.
Andrew Easton co-wrote the LGBTYS ‘Guide to Coming Out for Trans Young People’ which was distributed to Scottish schools in 2010.
In recent years, LGBTYS has become a powerful trans lobby group that has been allowed to groom children of all ages into trans ideology, as described above. The charity operates a charter scheme to which over 200 Scottish secondary schools and over 40 primary schools have signed up. Earlier this year, The Telegraph published three concerning articles demonstrating the extent to which LGBTYS indoctrinates Scottish children into gender ideology.
The first article reported that Scottish primary schools are setting up LGBT clubs and ‘gender and sexual orientation alliance groups’ as part of their LGBTYS membership scheme. Children are appointed ‘LGBT champions’ and urged to question classmates as young as four if they are gay, lesbian or trans. The second article revealed that LGBTYS advises teachers not to inform parents if their child identifies as trans and/or is socially transitioning at school.
The final Telegraph article told the story of ‘Holly’, a 12-year-old girl with autism who was groomed into believing that she is trans after joining her school’s ‘LGBT allies club’. Holly’s school was signed up to the LGBTYS charter scheme under which accreditation requires the setting-up of just such an LGBT club.
Demonstrated by its accounts, LGBTYS has received hundreds of thousands of pounds in funding from the Scottish government in recent years. The organisation has also been in receipt of substantial Children in Need funding for many years. Its first Children in Need grant – £24,000 – was received by LGBTYS just seven months after paedophile, James Rennie, was convicted.
This week, Rosie Millard, the chair of Children in Need, has resigned from the charity alleging ‘institutional failure’ over the funding it awarded to LGBTYS.
In her resignation letter, seen by The Times, Millard said that she raised concerns about LGBTYS with Simon Antrobus, the Children in Need chief executive, in May this year. It was only then that Children in Need suspended grants to the charity and instigated a review. Millard accuses Simon Antrobus of failing to respond ‘with the necessary level of seriousness’ and alleges that he and senior managers “Did everything in their power to distract the board from its duty to sever funding” to LGBTYS.
Children in Need finally withdrew its funding from LGBTYS in September this year, following a three-month review. But only after it had funded this scandal-ridden trans juggernaut to the tune of £466,000.
Friday 22nd November – ‘State Sanctioned Sexual Assault’
THE TELEGRAPH: Male officers are entitled to strip-search female suspects if they ‘identify as women’ under new guidance issued by the British Transport Police.
In September the British Transport Police (BTP) issued guidelines that allow trans-identified males to strip search female suspects. This guidance, authorised by the assistant chief constable for network policing, states: “British Transport Police recognises the status of transgender and non-binary detainees/staff from the moment they permanently identify in that gender with or without a GRC. This means that even when a person has not legally changed their sex, we should continue to use the correct pronouns and recognise the person’s gender. BTP officers/staff will only search persons of the same sex as either their birth certificate or GRC.”
In January this year, the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) withdrew similar guidance amid promises that it is conducting a ‘thorough’ review of its policy regarding intimate searches conducted by trans-identified police officers. In the meantime, police forces have been advised to revert to their own policies on strip searches. The BTP’s policy is clearly that female suspects – who may be vulnerable, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the victims of abuse etc – can be subjected to invasive strip searches by male officers.
Cathy Larkman, a retired police superintendent and the national policing lead for the Women’s Rights Network, commented, “British Transport Police think that the possession of a GRC conveys some sort of right for a male officer to strip-search a woman, or for a female officer to be pressurised into searching a male detainee… It is appalling that police chiefs are so intent on disregarding the law and shocking that it is left to women to hold them to account and to remind them that not so long ago, they promised to rebuild women’s trust. Those were hollow words. This is state-sanctioned sexual assault and police chiefs have lost their mind bringing this in. They have failed women, it is absolutely unforgivable”.
Saturday 23rd November – This Never Happens #2
THE DAILY MAIL: A trans-identified male German police officer has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting two of his colleagues.
A 27-year-old trans identified male has been suspended from his role as a police officer with the Berlin force following accusations that he sexually assaulted and injured two of his male colleagues.
The suspect is known only as Judy S as his anonymity is protected by German law. It is alleged that, earlier this month, he met two male colleagues at Berlin’s notorious fetish/sex nightclub, The KitKat Club, and invited them to his apartment. He is accused of subsequently drugging and sexually assaulting the men, seriously injuring their genitals with a penis pump.
Prior to the emergence of these allegations against him, it is reported that Judy S had applied for the role of the Berlin Police deputy women’s representative.
Also Today – These Are Not Our Crimes
ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY PRESS: A trans-identified male has been convicted after exposing himself and wielding a samurai sword in public.
53-year-old trans-identified male, Kelsea Broadfoot, was apprehended during an incident in Ryde on the Isle of Wight over the summer. He had his trousers around his ankles and was brandishing a 66 centimetre-long Samurai sword. He was heavily intoxicated and initially arrested on a variety of charges.
In the IW Magistrates Court this week, Broadfoot pleaded guilty to possessing a bladed article in a public place. The sword has been ordered to be destroyed and Broadfoot will be sentenced in January.
Reporting on this case, the Isle of Wight County Press described Broadfoot as a woman and referred to him with female pronouns throughout its article. There was no photograph of him and no indication was given of his true sex or trans status.
That Broadfoot is a trans-identified male is an easily discovered fact had this journalist bothered to do just the briefest of net-searching. Earlier this year Broadfoot was interviewed as part of ‘Out on an Island’, an LGBTQ oral history project supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The recording is in the public domain and readily available online. The interview reveals that Broadfoot has not undergone any cross-sex hormone treatment or ‘sex reassignment’ surgery.
Broadfoot was quoted in an article published by Island Echo in February 2023. He was described in this piece as a ‘transwoman’.
Nevertheless, the Isle of Wight County Press lied about Broadfoot’s sex and told its readers that the drunk bloke caught brandishing a dangerous weapon with his trousers around his ankles is actually a woman.
Sunday 24th November – The Clocks Are Striking Thirteen
THE SUNDAY TIMES: Police officers in Britain are still logging ‘non-hate crime incidents’ against people with legally protected ‘gender critical’ views.
Over the last year, more than 13,200 so-called ‘non-crime hate incidents’ (NCHIs) have been logged by UK police forces, including against schoolchildren, vicars and doctors. Many of these NCHIs have been logged against people for expressing ‘gender critical’ views (ie for the knowledge that sex is real and immutable) despite such opinions being legally protected.
According to The Sunday Times, an NCHI was logged on the police database in Cambridgeshire after a so-called ‘victim’ reported the putting up of stickers and posters belonging to ‘the terf movement’. Furthermore, Warwickshire police recorded an NCHI against someone simply for refusing to shake a person’s hand because the action was ‘perceived to be hate related due to gender identity’.
So it appears that, currently in the UK, a male officer from the British Transport Police can perform an intimate strip search of a vulnerable female suspect with impunity but if anyone prefers not to shake the hand of someone lying about their sex, they’ll find themselves recorded for a ‘hate incident’.
What a time to be alive.
