Man the Achiever – the human community’s achievements are considerably greater than it is given credit for

But someone is trying to convince us we've failed - we haven''t

Extreme Poverty Is Decreasing

Description

It’s an incredible achievement. Better health, education and living conditions have pulled billions out of extreme poverty. While nearly one in ten still live on less than $1.90 a day, fifty years ago it was one in two. Huge progress has been made. Now we just need to sustain it.

UKR Editor’s note: it should also be borne in mind that during this same period the population of our planet has MORE THAN DOUBLED from just over 3 billion in 1960 to 7.7 billion in 2019. If my math is correct this means that in 1960, 1.5 billion people were living in poverty and 1.5 billion were not living in poverty. In 2019, 0.77 billion (half as many as in 1960) are living in poverty and 6 billion (four times as many as in 1960) not living in poverty. This is a remarkable achievement by the human community, which has pulled off the accomplished DESPITE being hampered/sabotaged by inept management by its governments, economic corruption on the part by the banksters and their debt-money scam, wars engineered by psychopaths, continual disparagement and discouragement by a media determined to terrify and demoralise the human race. Makes you wonder how the human community could achieve with a sensible money system, an honest media and governments not heavily infiltrated by criminals and psychopaths.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
